Hi Michelle!
I just finished watching your three videos of getting sharp edges on covering cakes and it was EXACTLY what I was after. Your techniques and tips were fantastic and easy to follow. I’m a beginner at cakes and always feel so proud of what I’ve done and then I stumbled across you and I was like … Wow! I’m a loooong way off! Haha!!
When are you coming to teach in Brisbane again? Really would love to do your wild flowed class.

Thank you Angelee I’m thrilled you found the videos useful! I will be back in Brisbane teaching at the Greg Clear Sugar Art Academy in December. We will be doing the Christmas Bauble Cake – and I promise it is not a difficult as it looks!! – I hope to see you in class.
