Confirmation first holy communion cake idea.
This is the first holy communion cake I was talking about when I made the pink, blossoms communion cake post. This cake was actually for a combination Confirmation and First Holy Communion celebration. It was also for a boy and the green colours were inspired by the handmade invitation. Silver was added to match the silver cross which was also used on the invitation.
It was decided stars would be a nice addition as it was for Thomas and they have been used around the base of the cake some on the top and the dove has been embossed with stars.
I love the simplicity of these two first holy communion cake designs and of course it could just be a confirmation cake. I think small hearts could also be used and of course any colour combination so it could be for boys or girls. I think it could also look amazing in white on white with maybe gold or silver detail if you wanted some colour.

I’ve got a client locally to me who saw a picture of your cake on google and fell in love with it. It is her son’s First Holy Communion this weekend and they are quite keen to have a cake like your green, white and silver one with dove and cup.
