I do not think there goes a week that I do not make a cake that does not have at least one butterfly on it – usually white pink or purple! It is the most versatile theme the cakes here are for birthdays of any age weddings, cupcakes and christenings baptisms.
Again it is one of the collages I have put together. The original butterfly cake images can be found on my site www.inspiredbymichelle.com.au
collage of my recent butterfly cakes
The images there are larger and there are more cakes for you to see but this collage is just to act as an ideas board. I hope you like them.
Bye for now, Michelle Rea

Hello Michelle, i was browsing on the internet looking for a special 21st cake for me to make for my daughter, and came across your spectacular cakes. Just wondering if you would be able to give a few hints or do you teach? Or could i get a receipe or a few notes. I would love to make this cake myself, but do not have to much experience in cake decorating but willing to give it a go. I would really appreciate your help. Thank you. Pauline

Hi Pauline, thank you for your kind words.
At this point I do not teach as I just do not have time as making cakes is keeping me busy seven days a week.
In a couple of weeks time you will start to see some HOW TO videos on my website – http://www.inspiredbymichelle.com.au
It is a series I am putting together on things like butterflies, bows, blocks etc etc I hope you will find them helpful.
Bye for now, Michelle
Hi, I came across your blog while surfing the net and I must say that the cakes you make are absolutely stunning ! Love every piece of your work. I don’t like baking but I make birthday cakes for my kids every year and I’m really inspired by those you’ve made. Just wanna say that you are absolutely talented !
